Prescription Refills:
Contact the clinic at the number above at least one week before you run out of your medications. Triplicate prescriptions must be requested 7 days prior to pick up.

Parking:

To make an appointment for a clinic visit or house call or for further information, please call 713-486-5150 during business hours. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before your first visit to complete paperwork. The initial visit and evaluation usually take 1-2 hours.
