Linda Crays has been employed at Cizik School of Nursing at UTHealth Houston since 2004. While supporting the needs of Cizik School of Nursing faculty, students, and staff, Linda has been promoted from Director of the Center of Education and Information Technology to Director of Education Technology to Executive Director of Education Technology. During this time, she and her team have introduced faculty, students, and Cizik School of Nursing leadership to secure testing options, digitized withdraw systems, automatic classroom capturing systems, developed a means to forecast enrollment for three different programs, technically upgraded all 20+ classrooms three times, as well as supported numerous leadership-initiated technologies to support the objectives and goals of the school. She servers as IT liaison to UTHealth Houston’s numerous IT departments and is an indirect report to UTHealth Houston’s CIO. Prior to working at Cizik School of Nursing at UTHealth Houston, Linda worked in the Public Relations and Communications department of a fortune 20 natural gas company.
