滋养食谱:羽衣甘蓝苹果沙拉和柠檬塔希尼

Yields 6 servings, 1 cup per serving

原料:

1束羽衣甘蓝,切碎的茎切除

1 cup broccoli florets,chopped and roasted

1 small apple,diced

1/2杯的

1/2杯石榴贫民窟

敷料:

1/4 cup tahini

2 tbsp lemon juice

2汤匙蜂蜜

1/4茶匙海盐

1/4 tsp cayenne

1/4 tsp cinnamon

shredded parmesan, to garnish

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients until smooth, thinning withwater to reach the desired dressing consistency.

  3. Add remaining ingredients: roasted broccoli*, apple, pepitas, pomegranateseeds, and the remaining dressing. Toss to combine. *Roast broccoli at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes.

Helpful Tips:
